End the session
Close the app. Do not use “one last round” as a condition for stopping, and do not try to change the result before leaving.
Reduce the prompts
Disable notifications, move or uninstall the app, and leave related chats or promotional feeds for at least 24 hours.
Bring in another person
Tell a trusted family member, friend, doctor or counsellor. Ask them to help you keep the break and protect essential money.
